Redeemers University Sends Final Year Student To Rehab, You Won't Believe Why

A female student of the Redeemers University in Nigeria is being punished for missing Sunday church service.

 

According to report, she and some other defaulters are being sent to rehab, a place where the offender will go for six months without attending classes and the full school fees will still be paid, and after the offender is done, he/she will repeat the class and pay another fees.

 

It was also gathered that the idea to send these students to Rehab allegedly came up today and the affected students were informed today to wait till next week Monday to get the final verdict on their cases.

 

It was learnt that the girl, identified as Stella couldn't make it to church because she was having menstrual pain that morning.

 

Stella is a final year student of the institution and if the verdict is not in her favour, she'd have to pay another school fees which is not very cheap.

 

Redeemer's University is a private university in Redemption City, Ogun State, Nigeria. Established in 2005, the university is owned by the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
